The luxury villa offers five beautifully designed bedrooms, creating a private and spacious experience for each guest.

*Rooms are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

*There is one twin room available for those who wish to share. If you join with a friend - or are open to sharing and we are able to pair you - you will each receive a £200 reduction.

PAY-IN-FULL EXPERIENCE

If you choose to pay in full on the day of booking, you will also receive:

A private 90-minute Recalibration Session (value: £500)

This session is designed to support you before the retreat, so you arrive clear, grounded, and ready.

How To Join

  • A £1,000 non-refundable retainer secures your place.

  • 50% of the remaining balance is due by 31st of May 2026.

  • The final balance is due by 15th of July 2026.

  • Bookings made from 1 June onwards
    → £1,000 retainer plus 50% of the total retreat price is due at the time of booking

  • Bookings made from 15 July onwards
    → Full payment is required at the time of booking

Payments can be made via:

  • Visa / MasterCard

  • Bank transfer (possible on request via email)

All bookings are made at the full rate.


If you choose to share and the room is filled, the £200 reduction will be applied.

Spaces are limited and offered on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made in writing via email. This ensures we have a clear record of your cancellation and allows you to provide the necessary documentation to your travel insurance provider when making a claim.

  • The £1,000 retainer is non-refundable.

  • All payments made towards the retreat are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • We reserve the right to cancel the retreat if it does not meet the minimum number of participants. In this case, your retainer will be refunded in full.

  • Travel insurance is required and must cover cancellations, medical expenses, and unforeseen circumstances.

Payment Responsibility

If you cancel after a payment has become due, you are still responsible for that payment, whether or not it has already been made.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is REQUIRED for this retreat. Your policy must cover:

  • trip cancellation

  • medical expenses

  • travel disruption

  • force majeure events (where available)

If you arrive outside of these times, a private transfer can be arranged at your own cost.
